  1. Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. The cost for standard shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. 

  2. Expedited Shipping: Orders shipped via expedited shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

  3. Express Shipping: Orders shipped via express shipping will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. The cost for express shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ToysEpic. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refund Policy:
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or in case you received a different product then you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and the unpacking video is mandatory for the Refund. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns Policy:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3-4 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the item. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will send you the correct item or issue a refund.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please include your order number, the reason for return, contact information and an unpacking video.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if the return is made after the 30-day refund policy period.
